The sheet gets stuck on its way out. The sheet can be retrieved by opening the side panel.
It could be a simple fix for those in the industry.

Abandoned or Uncollected Goods
Unless prior arrangement, goods MUST be collected within 28 days.
Uncollected items may be disposed of according to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967.
