This machine would benefit from a service as the films intermittently get jammed when printing from Tray 2 as per our below testing experience:
When first turning on, printer tried to print last known job but jammed near the output (small upper cover)
cleared jam
Printer re-initialised, then threw another error, “Abnormal Sorter”
disconnected and reconnected output sorter
Printer re-initialised, and printed the last known job successfully
Performed SMPTE test from Tray 2, film jammed in the second last component
cleared jam
Printer re-initialised, and printed SMPTE Test successfully
Printed “Spatial Resolution” test from Tray 3, printed successfully
Printed Mammo.QC Test Pattern – TG18-QC from Tray 2, printed successfully
Printed Mammo.QC Test Pattern – TG18-UNL80 from Tray 3, printed successfully
