Working conditions are as follow:
Item 1 – Image 6 – Works properly – However, The off button registers but does not turn it off, instead it restarts the scale
Item 2 – Image 7 – Works properly – However, The off button does nothing – does not register at all
These scales will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of not being used.
We weighed the same item on both scales and returned the exact same weight.
