Featuring a refrigerated blown air cold well, the Woodson 2 door Sandwich Preparation Fridge is designed to hold food at the optimal temperature for extended periods of time. The item is designed for a maximum of three hours continuous use with an open well, before the supplied acrylic lids are to be utilised. A complete stainless steel construction ensures the product is highly hygienic, while the self contained refrigeration system unit is able to slide out for easy servicing.
