Sprays water but SOME of the nozzels are blocked and may need to be cleaned or replaced
The Recovery Tank DRAIN hose is wrapped up in tape (see images) suggesting that there might be a leak in this hose.
We highly recommend that the cleaner is professionally serviced prior to production use
