The choke lever is broken – [see images
The choke lever still works with the aid of skinny fingers or a screwdriver
This looks to be a simple fix by replacing the lever.
Comes with a Honda GX160 5.5hp petrol engine & a water tank
This is an Ex-Hire unit and appears to have been serviced regularly and been well maintained
