We do NOT warrant that the present state of electrical items(s) purchased from us complies with the Electrical Safety Act 2002. We advise that the buyer MUST have the item inspected and tested by a licensed electrical contractor in accordance with AS/NZS 3760 before use or re-sale.

Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm. All “Best Offers” and email correspondence will be actioned during these times. Messages are not monitored over the weekend or public holidays.
While we try and ensure that all care is taken and prices and quantities on our website are accurate, any errors or omissions in the item listing are unintentional and may occur. Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by the buyer, this is not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and we have dispatched the goods. This means that if the price, images, description or any other information about the product is incorrect AusChoice Pty Ltd shall not be obliged to sell you the product. In this event, we will inform you of the error as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours of our notification email, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund in full any amount paid.
LIABILITY
We warrant to you that any item(s) purchased from us is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for its purposes unless described otherwise. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all other conditions, representations, statements and warranties, either express or implied (whether by common law, custom, statute or otherwise).
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these Terms and Conditions is strictly limited to the net purchase price of the item you purchased (excluding taxes and delivery costs).
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or any loss suffered by you as a result of your reliance on any fraudulent misrepresentation made by us to you; or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, you agree that we shall not be liable for: (a) any direct loss, claim or damage; (b) any indirect loss, claim or damage, or any punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind that are not directly associated with the incident that caused your claim; or (c) any loss of profit or loss of savings or loss or corruption of data (in each case whether direct or indirect), in each case whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with (i) any use of this Site or the Site Content; (ii) these Terms and Conditions (iii) the Products (iv) any failure or delay in the use of any component of the Site, the Site Content or any service including, without limitation, any unavailability of the Site, the Site Content or the services irrespective of the duration of any period of unavailability; (v) any use of or reliance upon any Site Content or any other information, material, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the Site, in all cases even if we have been forewarned of the possibility of such loss or damage.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses (including loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any failure or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms and Conditions by reason of any event or circumstance outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, any strikes, industrial action, failure of power supplies or equipment, government action or Act of God.
Laws applicable in your country of residence may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Due to the inherent risks of using the internet, we cannot be liable for any damage to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or any other property when using or browsing our store. The downloading or other acquisition of any Site Content through the Site is done at your own discretion and risk and with your agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the downloading or acquisition of any such Site Content.
INDEMNITY

Payment to be finalised within 7 days after end of sale. Failure to pay after this time will result in cancellation of sale.
PACKAGING AND HANDLING
All items are subject to 1-3 business days handling period before they are dispatched from Brisbane. We will notify all buyers via email once their order has been shipped.
Items will not be packed or shipped until payment has been received in full. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends or public holidays
Bubble wrap and other packaging material may be used to help protect item and any accessories from possible handling damage.
We highly recommend winner pays for transit insurance against loss, theft and handling damage
All care is taken in order to pack items safely to endure transit. However, we are not responsible for any handling damage due to poor handling. If you receive a package that is damaged, it is most likely damaged during the transportation process. If this is the case, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
To be eligible for combined postage, please contact us before payment so we can send an invoice with combined postage. Goods purchased where payment has already been received are not eligible for combined postage.

Available in Wacol QLD 4076 during business hours only – Monday to Friday, 7:00am and 3:00pm; excluding public holidays.
After hours pickup is available via appointment only
NATIONAL POSTAGE
We offer shipping to home, work or nearest courier depot for your convenience
Deliveries by courier services DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes so please provide us with a physical address
Please allow up to 10 working days from date of dispatch for the item to arrive, much less to most areas. Delivery hours are between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. No weekend, public holiday or after hours delivery available. We cannot be held responsible for delays by delivery company as it’s out of our hands
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is via Australia Post, TNT, or DHL
Prior to buying, please contact us for a quote. All buyers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes where applicable in their country of destination.
Express Air Mail are available at buyer’s request.
RETURNS
Buyers are advised to choose carefully as refunds are not given if the buyer changes their mind or make a wrong decision. Please don’t make any assumption(s). If in doubt, contact us.
Goods sold in “AS IS” condition cannot be returned for a refund
For goods that are incorrectly received, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days to speak to a technician to arrange the return of the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we reserve the right to test the item before providing refund. For returned items that were found to be working or as originally described, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the buyer
Postage and Handling fees are not refundable. It is the buyers responsibility for the cost of return postage
ABANDONED / UNCOLLECTED GOODS
AusChoice reserve the right to dispose of abandoned/uncollected goods under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967.
Written Notice
Written notice will be given to the buyer/owner, either by email or post, outlining AusChoice’s intention to dispose of the goods.
Holding the Goods
After giving written notice, AusChoice will retain the goods for a further 28 days, after which time AusChoice can then dispose of the goods, unless the buyer/owner has collected them or finalised delivery instructions.
Disposing of the Goods
AusChoice will take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are sold for the best price that can reasonably be obtained under the circumstances at the time of sale.
Any money left over after selling the goods, and paying the relevant charge and disposal costs, is ‘unclaimed money’. AusChoice must handle those funds in accordance with Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967. If the sale does not cover the relevant charge and disposal costs, the business may pursue the buyer/owner or person who left the goods for the debt in court.
If the goods have been awaiting collection for 6 months or more, all funds will be withheld and kept by AusChoice.
WARRANTY
Only goods which are specifically described as having a warranty period are covered
This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of the goods and is non-transferrable
If the goods appears to have arrived “dead-on-arrival (DOA)” or “Not As Described”, please contact us within 14 days via e-mail or telephone to advise one of our consultants for a warranty assessment. Upon the outcome of the assessment, we will offer the buyer an exchange/replacement (if available), repair or refund at our discretion.
If required, it is the buyers responsibility for the cost of return postage. Goods must be packed carefully using the same or similar packaging material the item was originally sent in.
A copy of the invoice must be provided with the returned goods
The warranty does NOT cover
- Any consumable parts of the goods being sold (eg. batteries, toner etc.)
- Goods damaged in transit
- Compatibility issues – it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods purchased will be compatible for use with their existing hardware and systems
- Any defects or damage as a result of using the goods in a manner other than its intended or customary use
- Any defects or damage which have been caused by abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorised modifications, unauthorised connections, unauthorised repair, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, including damage caused by freight, blown fuses, electrical fluctuations, spill of food or liquid
- Breakage or damage to the casing
- All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use
- Items which have had the serial number removed or made illegible
- Items which have been damaged in transit on return
- Items where the security seal has been removed or tampered with in any way
